Automatic Licensing for Rostered Students
New for Back to School 2025: For most new organizations*, students are now automatically licensed during our overnight systems sync when they’re added through the following supported rostering methods:
✅ Clever sync
✅ ClassLink sync
✅ SFTP upload
✅ CSV upload via the Educator Center
✅ Manual addition via the Educator Center
No extra step is needed—students are licensed automatically the night they’re rostered and ready to start learning in the morning.
This auto-licensing update reduces manual work for admins and teachers, streamlining onboarding at the start of the year.
*Note: Some organizations do not have automatic licensing activated.

✅ Reminder about New Academic Term
Please note: All organizations who have not already reset their academic term will be reset to a new term on 9/7 to ensure they have access to our Mastery AI Assistant (new recommender engine for our adaptive programs).
This will clear all data from the previous school year from our systems.
