QR Codes let students and teachers log in to our programs without entering an email address and password. Instead, they can simply go to the Program Login page and hold their unique QR code up to their device’s camera to log in to their accounts automatically, bypassing the Class Login page where they would have to select their name and picture passcode.
New for Back-to-School 2025: The new Age of Learning QR code system allows for faster, more reliable QR code scanning. It features a simplified login flow for shared or classroom devices. And it's more robust and flexible, so QR codes will continue to work for students even when they change classes or teachers.
Administrators and Teachers can download and print Age of Learning QR Codes for students at any time. We suggest you print two QR codes for each student, so they can use one at school and one at home (the QR code will work from home even if the family hasn't activated a home account yet).
Important:
Your device must be equipped with a camera to scan QR codes.
Badges with codes from Clever or ClassLink will not work on the Age of Learning Log-in page. Those badges are used with the SSO program.
If schools have rostered through a third-party rostering system like Clever or ClassLink, students and teachers can also sign in directly through those programs.
How to Log in with an Age of Learning QR code
-
Go to https://login.ageoflearning.com and click Scan Badge.
- If prompted, click Allow to provide Age of Learning access to the device's camera.
- Hold the QR code up to the camera.
- Once the QR code is scanned, a green checkmark will appear.
-
Teachers using their own QR code will go to their Class Login page, which shows all their students’ names and avatars. From there, students click on their name/avatar to log in to their account (shown in first screenshot below).
Students using their own QR code will bypass the Class Login page, and will go directly to a page where they can click on any of the licensed programs available to them, such as My Math Academy or My Reading Academy (shown in second screenshot below).
- Once the selected program loads, teachers or students can choose one of the activities to start playing.
