Starting with the 2026–27 school year, Age of Learning is migrating all schools and districts that roster through Clever to our new rostering platform: Age of Learning Connect.
Migrating to our new rostering platform will provide your organization greater simplicity — such as the ability to roster directly from your SIS — along with enhanced stability and control, while allowing you to continue using Clever to SSO to our apps if that’s how you’re set up.
The first round of migrations will begin this summer, before back-to-school. We'll handle the full technical migration process on our end, which will be quick and easy — but we will need a few details from your organization to schedule and complete the migration.
- What stays the same: You can still use Clever SSO to log in to Age of Learning apps.
- What's new: Now you'll be able to roster directly from your Student Information System (SIS).
- How long it takes: Migrations typically complete within 3–5 business days, depending on your system and data.
- What we need from your org: We will email the Tech and Rostering contacts we have on file for your organization to confirm a few scheduling details and other preferences. You will be asked to reply with the following:
- Your Student Information System (SIS)
- Preferred login method (if different from Clever SSO)
- Preferred migration window (e.g., Week of June 29)
