As an Administrator, once you activate your Age of Learning account, your first step should be to log in to the Educator Center.
First Login Experience
When you log in for the first time, you'll see a Getting Started screen. This screen appears if your organization has licenses for any of our adaptive programs but has not yet rostered any groups. It will remain visible until your organization begins the rostering process.
This page is especially valuable for Admins responsible for setting up an organization. It acts as a step-by-step checklist focused on the essential tasks needed to ensure your organization is properly configured for early success.
Click any of the Quick Start steps to expand the menu. Each step includes a brief explanation of its importance, followed by concise, easy-to-follow instructions. You’ll also find links to relevant Help Center articles that include screenshots and additional details.
Exploring Key Features
After the Quick Start section, you'll find a Key Features section. This highlights additional tools and capabilities in the Educator Center, including:
-
Product Access for Teachers and Students (Generating and Logging in with QR Codes)
-
Caregiver Accounts (Sending Redemption Codes to Families)
-
Dashboards & Reporting (Covers all key dashboard features and available reports)
-
Offline Content
These features are especially useful for teachers.
Accessing Getting Started from the Welcome Menu
Once you or another Admin has rostered your organization, the Getting Started page will no longer appear by default. However, you can still access it at any time.
To do so, click the Welcome menu (which includes your name) in the upper-right corner of the Educator Center, and select Getting Started from the drop-down menu.
