Below, you’ll find valuable information on key metrics that will assist you in understanding your students’ activity and engagement.
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Dashboards, then Usage.

My Math Academy data is shown by default. If you need data for My Reading Academy or My Reading Academy Español, click the program drop-down to switch to the one you need.
- Under the Student Engagement This Week, you see the Active (%Active) bar graph. Note: This view is for the current week only, and in the following screenshot of a demo account, there is no activity shown for the week.
- The Student Usage section highlights usage this week for each student, with the graph color-coded to show students who are Not On Track (orange), On Track (light green), and Met Goal (bright green). These colors can give you a quick snapshot of how active students have been. Click on any student name to see what exactly they have been working on this week, along with other student-specific data.
- If you would like to check for Active Students for previous weeks and months, simply click the By Week or By Month tabs.
Student Engagement This Week Section Explained
Licensed:
- What is it? This figure represents the number of students who have an active license to use the Age of Learning product you are viewing.
- Why it matters: If a student doesn't have a license, they can’t use the product and can’t show up as Active, so activity levels are compared to the number of Licensed students..
Active:- What is it? The Active count signifies the number of students who are actively engaged with the Age of Learning programs.
- Why it matters: Monitoring active students is crucial for gauging the immediate impact of our programs and ensuring that your students are actively participating.
On Track for 60 Minutes:- What is it? This metric identifies the specific number of students who are on course to achieve the 60-minute usage goal. It highlights the students making progress towards the recommended usage time.
- Why it matters: Keeping track of students on course to meet the 60-minute usage goal helps you understand their commitment to the program and their progress towards important milestones.
