You can reset your Age of Learning School Solutions password from our Educator Center or Program Log-In page. Simply click the Forgot Password link under the Log In button to get started.
Note: This process will update your password for the Educator Center, Caregiver Center, and the Age of Learning Program Log-in page that gives you access to programs that you are licensed to use.
After you have requested the reset, check your email program for a password reset email from Age of Learning. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, see these password reset troubleshooting tips below.
You should also double-check that you are in the correct email account if you use more than one. For Administrators and Teachers, this will be your official school or district email address, not a personal one (gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com, etc.). If you think you may have entered the wrong email address when requesting the password reset, you can try again.

Password Reset Troubleshooting:
-
Check your email program’s junk and spam folders if you do not see the password reset email within 15 minutes.
-
Double-check that you are looking for the reset email in the correct email account if you use more than one email address and don’t get the reset email in the account you are using.
-
Was that email address used to activate the account? Double-check that the email address you entered on the Password Reset page was the one that you got your account activation invitation sent to and the one you use to activate your account. If you entered an email address that wasn't used to activate an account, you will not get the password reset email.
-
Were you rostered? Did you activate your account? Especially during back-to-school time, we have more educators and caregivers reporting login and password problems because their school or district did not yet activate the new academic term and finished the rostering process. You can reach out to your Administrator to verify.
-
Try resetting again if you think you may have entered the wrong email address or make a typo when requesting the password reset. You will not receive the reset email if you entered the address incorrectly.
-
Make sure you log out of the Educator Center and any Age of Learning programs, such as My Math Academy and My Reading Academy, after you reset your password.
-
Use the same email address and password to log in to the Educator Center and all Age of Learning School Solutions programs, such as My Math Academy and My Reading Academy.
-
Need a code? If you click the bold link in your password reset email, that link should have your reset code embedded in the URL. But if you go to the reset page and it is asking you for a code and not asking you to choose a password, go back to the reset email and try clicking on the very last link, which should look like this: https://educate.aofl.com/password/reset/?code=53EDDA69E2. You'll notice that the end of the URL says code=. That string of letters and numbers after the equals sign is your code, which you can copy and paste into the reset box if you are prompted again for the code.
-
Passwords vs. Passcodes: Students at school typically log in via a QR code, an SSO platform like Clever or ClassLink, or from the Class Login page that the teacher logs into with their own email and password (the students do not have a an email and password to log in). When students click their name on the Class Login page, they will be asked to click on their picture (passcode icons like an apple, airplane, banana, hat, moon, elephant, etc.). If they forget what their passcode is, you can check in the Educator Center. Click Accounts > Manage > Students, then click on the Student's name. Scroll down to the product section. You should see the picture passcode icon listed there and a link to Reset it if the student can remember another one easier. You can get more details if you want to download and resent passcodes for multiple students.
