You’ve made it to the finish line of another awesome academic year, and now it’s time to get things wrapped up before diving into summer fun! We’d like to share some important information to help you plan for a smooth end-of-year with your Age of Learning programs and start thinking about back to school for next year.
Here’s an end-of-year checklist with a few quick tips and reminders:
✅ Schedule Your End-of-Year Meeting: Have you checked in with your CSM to schedule your end-of-year meeting? They are eager to discuss student progress and your implementation plan moving forward!
✅ Download Your Reports: Make sure you grab these key reports before the system updates and resets for Back to School:
✅ Complete Your Rollover Survey: A personal Rollover Survey link will be emailed to you. If you haven't already, complete this quick survey to share your summer and back-to-school implementation plans. The survey link in the email is specific to the contact who received it. Please do not forward the email to others.
✅ Reset Your Academic Terms: When the new term starts, all adaptive progress resets – that means student progress, usage, and skill growth data will be cleared from our systems and will no longer be available to your organization. Please double-check that you’ve exported all the info you need! If an Academic Term hasn’t been identified, the term will be reset by Age of Learning on 9/7/25.
✅ Rosters and Summer School: If your students will not be utilizing these programs during summer school, student data will be cleared on the academic term reset date indicated. If an academic term is not set, Age of Learning will reset all data on 9/7/25.
