I am an administrator ...
◇ I do not have an Age of Learning account
Administrator accounts are managed by the ELC of Palm Beach. If you are an administrator and do not have an Age of Learning account, please contact Rachel Mondesir (Rachel.Mondesir@elcofpalmbeach.org).
◇ I do not know how to activate my Age of Learning account
To activate your Age of Learning account:
- Check your inbox for your account set-up invite from Age of Learning (make sure to check junk, spam, and/or promotions folders).
- Select the activation link in your email to activate your account.
- Choose a password for your login credentials (your username is the email address your invitation was sent to).

◇ I forgot my Age of Learning account password
You can reset your Age of Learning password from our Educator Center login page. Simply click Forgot Password under the Log In button to get started. Note: This will update your password for the Educator Center and all products that you are licensed to use.
Check your email for a password reset email from us. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, check your junk, spam, and/or promotions folders.

To complete your rosters, log into the Educator Center and complete the following steps:
- Add your teachers and assign them to a class (you can only add one teacher per class).
- Send teacher invites.

◇ I do not have an Age of Learning account
Teacher accounts are managed by site administrators. Please contact your site administrator to be added to the Age of Learning rosters.
◇ I forgot my Age of Learning account password
Teachers can reset their Age of Learning passwords by visiting our Educator Center page and clicking Forgot Password under the Log In button. This will update your password for the Educator Center and all licensed products.
Check your email for a password reset email from us. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, check your junk, spam, and/or promotions folders.

Teachers use their Educator Center credentials (email and password) to log their class into My Math Academy and My Reading Academy.

You can download an Excel/CSV spreadsheet file with all your students’ passcodes, or you can reset their passcodes in the Educator Center.
