If you have an active Age of Learning School Solutions account, you can reset your password from our Educator Center, Caregiver Center, or Program Log-In pages. Simply click the Forgot Password link under the Log In button to get started. (Note: This password reset is for School Solutions accounts only and will not reset your password for ABCmouse, ABCmouse Classic, Adventure Academy, ReadingIQ, or other programs.)
After you have requested the reset, check your email program for a password reset email from Age of Learning. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, see these password reset troubleshooting tips below.
Which Email Address?
- Parents and Caregivers: Double-check that you are trying to reset the correct email account if you use more than one. Enter the email address that received your original account activation invitation and codes from Age of Learning. If you're not sure which you used, enter all the emails you have, and then check all your accounts. Your Age of Learning log-in email address is the one that gets the reset email.
- Administrators and Teachers: Use your official school or district email address, not a personal one (gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com, etc.).
- Retry If Needed: If you think you may have entered the wrong email address or mistyped when requesting the password reset, you can try again.

Password Reset Troubleshooting:
-
Make sure you are using the right Password Reset: The password reset at https://educate.aofl.com/password/request/ is for our school solutions (My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, etc.) accounts only, NOT products such as ABCmouse (including ABCmouse for Teachers) or Adventure Academy. Click here for your other password reset options.
-
Check your email program’s junk and spam folders if you do not see the password reset email within 10 minutes.
-
Was that email address used to activate the account? Double-check that the email address you entered on the Password Reset page was the one that you got your account activation invitation sent to and the one you use to activate your account. If you entered an email address that wasn't used to activate an account, you will not get the password reset email.
-
Were you rostered? Did you activate your account? Especially during back-to-school time, we have more educators and caregivers reporting login and password problems because their school or district did not yet activate the new academic term and finished the rostering process. You can reach out to your Administrator to verify.
-
Check everything and try resetting again if you think you may have entered the wrong email address or make a typo when requesting the password reset. You will not receive the reset email if you entered the address incorrectly.
-
Beware of copying and pasting: While this seems like the most exact way to enter your email or password, when you copy them, an extra space is often copied after the email or password. When you paste it, the system interprets the extra space as an underscore _ that is part of your credentials, which will invalidate them. If you copied and pasted and didn't get the reset, try again and type your email and password.
-
Make sure you log out of the Educator Center and any Age of Learning programs, such as My Math Academy and My Reading Academy, after you reset your password.
-
Use the same email address and password to log in to the Educator Center and all Age of Learning school solutions, such as My Math Academy and My Reading Academy.
-
Need a code? If you click the bold link in your password reset email, that link should have your reset code embedded in the URL. But if you go to the reset page and it is asking you for a code and not asking you to choose a password, go back to the reset email and try clicking on the very last link, which should look like this: https://educate.aofl.com/password/reset/?code=53EDDA69E2. You'll notice that the end of the URL says code=. That string of letters and numbers after the equals sign is your code, which you can copy and paste into the reset box if you are prompted again for the code.
-
Passwords vs. Passcodes: Students at school typically log in via a QR code, an SSO platform like Clever or ClassLink, or from the Class Login page that the teacher logs into with their own email and password (the students do not have a an email and password to log in). When students click their name on the Class Login page, they will be asked to click on their picture (passcode icons like an apple, airplane, banana, hat, moon, elephant, etc.). If they forget what their passcode is, you can check in the Educator Center. Click Accounts > Manage > Students, then click on the Student's name. Scroll down to the product section. You should see the picture passcode icon listed there and a link to Reset it if the student can remember another one easier. You can get more details if you want to download and resent passcodes for multiple students.
