New for the 2024-25 school year, our School-level Growth Reports give Administrators data-driven insights into the overall Growth of your students in Math and Reading skills. You’ll also find Growth by Domain, Class, and Grade at the School-level. A Class-level Growth Report is also available. These reports make it easy to see, at any time, where students started academically, and where they are now.
How to Generate the Growth Report
Admins with permissions to access reports can generate a School-level Growth Report at any time.
Follow these simple steps to generate a School-Level Growth Report:
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
-
Click Reports at the top right of your screen to open our new Reports Center.
Note: If you are an Admin and don’t see the Reports menu on the Educator Center, contact your organization's Top-Level Admin to change your permissions.
-
In the Reporting Period section, use the drop-down to select a timeframe for your report: Placement to Date, Last Month, Last 2 Months, or Last 3 Months. You can also choose a custom Start Date and End Date if needed.
-
Use the second row of drop-down menus to select your District and School. Click the Apply button to save your choices.
- The bottom section of the report generator shows you what reports are available based on the timeframe and the program you select. The default program is My Math Academy; click on one of the other programs if you want a different report.
Programs or report types that are grayed out indicate that they are not available, typically because there isn't data for the timeframe selected. At the very beginning of the school year you will have fewer report options because students haven't completed their placement or mastered skills to report on growth. In the following screenshot, a Growth Report is not currently available. If that section wasn't grayed out, you would simply click the Download Report button to generate your report.
When you click Download Report, a new browser tab should open with your Growth Report and can be printed as you would print any other web page.
Growth Report Overview
- The Growth Report you generate will be specific to the program you have selected on the Dashboards. Use the program drop-down to switch to another program and generate another Growth Report.
- The metrics on the Growth Report will only include students who have demonstrated academic growth during this reporting period and will report on skills in previous grades up to current grades.
- Above-grade level skills are only considered for the Skill Completion Distribution and only if a student has completed 100% of skills in all previous and current grades.
- Growth data included will span from the completion of Placement Tests up to the most recent data refresh on the day you generate the report.
