Step 1. Create Your Admin Account in the Educator Center
After you finish purchasing your Homeschool account, we will send you a welcome/activation email.
Click the activation link in the welcome email to set up your Educator Center (EC) account.
Step 2. Add Your Children
Log in to the Educator Center at https://educate.aofl.com/ with the email and password you used to activate your account.
Go to Accounts → Manage → Students
Add each child (name, grade).
Don't Reuse Email Addresses: Student emails are not required, but if you would like to create a Caregiver/Student account at home, make sure that you do NOT use the same email for the student that you used to activate your account as an Admin and Teacher or it will create a conflict in the system leading to login errors.
You do not need to redeem a student account at home in order to use our programs. Students can be logged in with your Teacher credentials or they can use a QR code to log in.
Step 3. Activate Your Teacher Role
Go to Accounts → Manage → Teachers
Select yourself → Bulk Actions → Send Teacher Invites
Open the email you receive and complete your Teacher activation.
(As a homeschooler, you’re both Admin and Teacher.)
Step 4. Assign Licenses (Required)
Go to Accounts → Manage → Students
Select your child(ren) → Bulk Actions → Assign Licenses
Choose the product(s): My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, My Reading Academy Español → Assign Licenses
(Licenses must be assigned before a child can access content.)
Step 5. Generate Student QR Codes
Go to Accounts → Manage → Students
Select a student → Generate QR Code (print or save)
(QR codes let kids log in without typing anything.)
Step 6. Student Login (Web Only)
Students do not use the Educator Center.
Students should not use the MMA/MRA apps.
-
Students use a web browser to log in to programs here: https://login.ageoflearning.com
-
Hold the QR code up to your device camera when prompted.
OR
If you redeemed a home student/caregiver account, enter that email address and password (make sure you're not using the email also used by the Admin/Teacher).
-

Step 7. Placement & Learning
On first login for each program, your child automatically enters our assessment/placement activity.
The program evaluates their skills and places them appropriately in the program.
You will see a link to their Placement Report on the Progress Dashboard 24 hours after they complete placement.
The programs adapt automatically as students continue to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
Aim for at least ~15 minutes per subject per day.
Step 8. Track Progress
In your Educator Center, use the Usage and Progress dashboards and the Reports Center to monitor progress and growth.
Usage data updates throughout the day (but there is some delay).
Progress data is updated each night at midnight, so you will never see data from the same day.
