If you encounter difficulties preventing you from logging in to the Educator Center, Caregiver Center, or our School Solutions programs (My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español), it’s possible that the issue originates from one of the following:
- Invalid Login Credentials
- Account Status: Not Rostered, No License
- Using App Instead of Log-in Web Page
- Other Errors and Loading Issues
Invalid Login Credentials
If you encounter the error message Invalid Username or Password while attempting to log in, the simplest and most likely reason is that the email address and/or password you entered is incorrect in some way (there are many ways this can happen).
Also, Teachers and Caregivers should use the same login credentials (email address and password) when signing in to both the Educator Center/Caregiver Center or our adaptive reading and math programs: My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, and My Reading Academy Español. To access these programs, you don't need to log in to each individually; when you log in with your email address and password on our main Program Login page at https://login.ageoflearning.com/, you will have access to all programs you‘d like to use. Reminder: Admin accounts are not set up to access the programs, just the Educator Center.
Please ensure that you’ve entered the accurate login credentials by reviewing the following:
-
School-Assigned Email: Your username is your full email address provided by your school or organization. This will be the same email you used to activate your account.
Note: If you are currently or have previously used your school-assigned email address for and ABCmouse or other Age of Learning account, you will likely encounter a login email conflict that you will need to resolve.
-
Check Caps Lock: Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock is turned off, and you’re entering uppercase and lowercase letters correctly.
-
Verify Email: Double-check that you've entered your email address accurately. Sometimes, a simple typo (a repeated letter, a missing letter, an extra space, etc.) can lead to login failures.
Tip: Copying and pasting your email from somewhere else may sometimes add an extra space at the end that's hard to see but can cause a log-in failures.
-
Password Reset: If you’re certain that your email is correct but aren't sure about your password, use this Password Reset Request page or click the Forgot Password link on the Educator Center login at https://educate.aofl.com/ or our Program Log-In page at https://login.ageoflearning.com/. You will be guided through the process of resetting your password.
Note: If you have not yet been rostered or were rostered with a different email address, you won't receive a password reset email because there's no account set up for that email.

Account Status: Not Rostered, No License
If it is early in the school term or your school or district has just started to use Age of Learning programs, it is possible that you are having log-in issues because you have not yet been rostered or given a license for the product that you are have trouble accessing. Later in the year, it is possible that a sudden log-in problem is based on your license expiring.
Teachers may get an error if trying to log in to a program that isn't licensed to their students. Teachers may also be unable to log in to the Educator Center even if they were rostered if they have not been assigned to a class yet.
We recommend speaking to your administrators to verify if they have completed your rostering using your correct email address and have assigned valid product licenses to you and your students if you are a teacher.
Home Account Status: Not Activated
Almost all the schools that use our programs in classrooms also encourage families to activate free at-home accounts so their children can reinforce classroom learning at home and parents or caregivers can track their progress on our Caregiver Center.
When invited by Teachers, families will be sent a Product Activation email from Age of Learning (welcome@learn.ageoflearning.com) with a code and link to activate an account with their email address and a password they choose.
Note: Sending the family invitations is only the first step: If caregivers have not activated their account, they won't be able to log in to the Caregiver Center, and their children won't be able to log in to the programs from home with the an email and password. (If students have a QR code from school, they can use that QR code to log in to the programs at home, as well.)
Using App Instead of Log-in Web Page
Unless you were explicitly told by your top-level Administrator do download and use an app, our programs should all be accessed by logging in from our Program Log-In page at https://login.ageoflearning.com/ with an up-to-date web browser. Trying to use a downloaded app instead of the official web-based versions of the programs will lead to log-in errors, usability and program stability problems, and dashboard problems.
