Most Admins are set up with permissions to access reports from our Educator Center, but some are not. If you were rostered without Reporting Export capabilities activated, you will not see the Reports menu at the top of your Educator Center screen, you will not see links to placement reports in the Placement Status column of the Progress Dashboard, and you will not be able to generate Placement Reports, Growth Reports, or Learner Activity Reports.
How to Check Your Permissions
- Click on the Welcome menu that includes your name in the upper-right corner of the Educator Center and the select Edit Profile from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Roles section of your Edit Profile page. You may see one or more roles for Schools or Classes you are assigned to. Each one of these roles is assigned permissions.
- To check your permissions for Reports, click on the Show Details button under Manual Roster. If you have access to Reports, you will see a checkmark next to Export All (as shown in the screenshot below).
- If you do not see a checkmark next to Export All, you do not yet have permissions to access reports and will need to contact your Organization's Top-Level Administrator to make that change for you.
