Once they are rostered by their top-level Administrators, Teachers and other Admins are sent an account set-up email from the Age of Learning Management System.
Follow the simple steps below to set up your Age of Learning account, which will give you access to the Educator Center and all the Age of Learning programs that your organization licenses. We'll also offer you tips to help you troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.

How to Activate Your Age of Learning Account
- Check your school email inbox for your account set-up email from Age of Learning with the Subject line Set up your account.
- Click either of the activation links in your email.

Create and then confirm a new password you will use for your Age of Learning account: to log in to the Educator Center as well as all programs via our Age of Learning Log-In page. Click the blue Change Password button to complete your account creation.
Password requirements: At least 10 characters long, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 number, at least 1 special character (e.g., #, !, @, %, ^, _) but no blank spaces. You also cannot repeat your username as the password.
- Your Age of Learning account should now have been successfully created. Now you should log in to the Educator Center with your email and password before you log in to any other programs.
Can't Find Your Activation Email?
If you did not receive your email, look in your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders. Some organizations apply strong filters to emails from outside the organization, and it’s possible the invitation was filtered into these folders instead. If you use more than one email address, you may also want to check the other(s). Lastly, you may want to confirm that your top-level Administrator already rostered you and confirm which email address was used.
Was the Activation Link Expired?
The activation link will work for seven days. If your link has expired, simply click the "here" link (identified by the red arrow below) at the end of the email, and then enter your email address to request a new activation email.
Need a new activation email?
As long as you have been rostered and your email address is in our system, you can get a new email with a link to activate your Age of Learning account from our Password Reset page. Go to https://educate.aofl.com/password/request/ and enter your school email address.
You’ll receive another set-up email from Age of Learning. Click the link and then choose a new password to use to log in to your Age of Learning account, along with your school email address.
Is your email not in the system?
If your email was not added to our system, contact your organization's System Technology Administrator.
Is the activation code not working?
If you receive the error message, "The code you entered is not valid", click the Request it here link in the bottom-right corner to have a new code emailed to you. The new activation code should automatically be entered when you click the link from the new activation email.
Is your email address already being used by an existing account?
An email address can only be used for one account type at a time. Users with existing accounts, such as home subscriptions or teacher accounts, may be presented with this prompt to resolve the email conflict. Click here to learn more.
