See How Many Licenses You Have to Distribute or Assign

The Educator Center makes it easy to view how many licenses you have for each product, how many have already been distributed or assigned, and how many are still available to distribute to schools, teachers, or classes.

For example, if you’re a district admin planning to allocate licenses to multiple schools or classrooms, this tool helps you track and manage what’s left.

1. Log in to your Educator Center account at https://educate.aofl.com/.
   
   
   
   
2.  Click Accounts at the top of your screen, and select Licenses and then Management from the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
3. On the Licenses page, you'll see all the Age of Learning programs you have licenses. In addition to the Total number of each program, you’ll see how many are Available (highlighted in the following screenshot), Assigned, and Redeemed for each program.
   
   🔎 Note: The Redeemed column shows how many licenses have ever been used, even if they were later unassigned or archived. These licenses cannot be reused.
   
   Click any program name to get more details about those licenses, including how many have already been distributed to lower levels of your organization.
   
   
   
   
4. You will now see a License Management page for the program you selected. The top section features a simple chart giving you a snapshot of your licenses for this product. The top row show the status for the top level of your organization. In our Demo account shown below, there are 69 MMA licenses Available at this level and 47 have been Assigned, for a Total of 116. The next row shows the same breakdown but for all the licenses already distributed to Lower Levels such as Schools or Classes.
   
   
   
   
5. Scroll down just a bit and the next section of the License Management page if you want to distribute any of your available licenses to lower levels of your organization. Simply click the blue Give to Lower Levels button.
   
   
   
   
6. From this Give Available Licenses pop-up, use the drop-down menus at the top to choose what level you want to distribute the licenses to. Your available choices will be determined by your organization structure. You many or may not see Districts on top, followed by Schools, and Classes. If you choose a District, District Admins will gain access. Choosing a School will give School Admins access. And choosing a Class will give the Teacher of that Class access to the licenses to assign to their students.
   
   Enter the number of licenses to distribute to that level and click Done.
   
   ➤ Licenses should typically be given to the lowest level that will manage assignment. For example, give to a School if a school admin will assign them, or to a Class if the teacher will assign them directly.
   
   
   
   
7. At the very bottom of the page, you'll see a breakdown of where the licenses are at the lower level, for example a school-by-school distribution. For any District, School, or Class you see you can click Give or Take license to or from them.
