How can Administrators download or print comprehensive student reporting?

The Educator Center offers streamlined tracking of student progress, with the added convenience of printing capabilities for both Teachers and Administrators. 

This article will provide instructions on how to download and/or print the following reports:

• Individual Student Usage and Progress  Data
• This Week - Class Skills Progress Status
• Overall Class Progress
• Students - Skills Completed
• Other Reports

Print Individual Student Usage and Progress Data

1. Log in to your Educator Center account.
   
   
   
   
   
    
2. If needed, use the drop-down menu to switch between different products. 
   
   
   
    
3. Click Dashboards located at the top of your screen, then Usage.
   
   
   
    
4. Scroll down to the Student Usage section and click the name of the student. (Admins are likely to see links for either Districts, Schools, or Classrooms here, depending on how they were rostered, and will need to click down to see Students here.)
   
   
   
   
    
5. On the Student Stats pop-up, click the print link. 
   
   

Print This Week - Class Skills Progress Status

1. Log in to your Educator Center account.
   
   
   
    
2. If needed, use the drop-down menu to switch between different products. 
   
   
   
    
3. Click Dashboards located at the top of your screen, then Progress.
   
   
    
4. To print this Weekly Skills Progress Status chart, either choose Print from your browser's File menu, or right-click on the page and choose Print from the pop-up menu.
   
   
   
    

Print Overall Class Progress

1. Log in to your Educator Center account.
   
   
   
   
    
2. If needed, use the drop-down menu to switch between different products. 
   
   
   
   
    
3. Click Dashboards located at the top of your screen, then Progress.
   
   
    
4. Click the Overall tab.
   
   
   
   
    
5. Scroll down to the Overall Student Growth section, which shows prior and current grade skills in our program and the Distribution of Student Growth.
   
   
   
    

Print Students - Skills Completed

1. Log in to your Educator Center account.
   
   
   
   
   
    
2. If needed, use the drop-down menu to switch between different products. 
   
   
   
   
    
3. Click Dashboards located at the top of your screen, then Progress.
   
   
   
    
4. Click the Overall and Students tabs. 
   
   Below them, you'll see a chart highlighting each student’s skills by Prior Knowledge, Completed, In Progress, Needs Support, and Future Skills. 
   
   You can download or print this data by clicking the Download CSV or Print links on the right.
