Age of Learning QR codes allow students and teachers to log in to our programs without entering login credentials. Instead, students and teachers can simply hold their Age of Learning QR code up to their device camera to log in automatically.
Students can use a QR code to log in at school and at home, so you may want to print two QR codes for each student: one for school, one for home.
It's important to note that the QR codes will only work for students who have been assigned licenses to My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español.
Administrators, District, School, or Class roles do not have their own QR codes, but they can still view and print out QR codes for their Teachers and Students.
Reminder: Before getting started, please make sure your printer is connected to your device and turned on.

- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- At the top of your screen, click Accounts, then select Manage and Students from the drop-down.
- You will now be on the Active Students page at https://educate.aofl.com/students/active/. Use the checkboxes to select all the students you want QR codes for (it can be just one). To more quickly select all of your students, click the very top checkbox and choose Select All from the drop-down.

- Print that page with your students' QR codes as you would print anything else from your computer or device.
Need a PDF file with the codes? Most print dialog boxes will have an option for you to download a copy of the page as a PDF file. This option may say Save as PDF or something similar depending on your device.

QR Code Tips and Troubleshooting

Missing Students: You can only generate and download a QR code for students who have a valid license and have been assigned to a class with a teacher. If you try to download a code for an unlicensed (or unassigned) student, your browser will open a new tab but you will not see any QR codes. You will see this message: There are no students that are licensed to supported products, or students are not assigned to any classrooms.

Only One Page/PDF: Whether you are generating 1 QR code, 4 codes, or a full classroom full of codes, there will only be 1 webpage (or PDF file if you saved it as a PDF) that contains the QR codes for all the students you selected.
- Emailing QR Codes to Parents: Teachers sometimes want to email the QR codes to families to facilitate program usage at home. QR codes that have been saved as PDFs can be attached to an email, but you will want to generate the codes one at a time for each student if you are going to email them to parents. If you generate the codes in bulk, you will have one PDF the includes the codes for all the students you selected, which would be confusing and inappropriate to send to families. Even though the codes are labeled with each name, it would be too easy for someone to inadvertently use the wrong one and corrupt your classroom data.
