Administrators and Teachers can easily modify students’ language settings from the Educator Center. Changing the language from English to Spanish, for example, ensures that the student’s invitation letter is created in that Spanish, aiding understanding and encouraging action.
Also, as part of our ongoing commitment to providing instructional support in multiple languages through My Reading Academy and My Math Academy, we are excited to announce the addition of more than 150 How to videos in Spanish!
Students using My Math Academy will be able to play their Math activities in Spanish after a Teacher or Administrator changes the student’s language settings to Spanish. (There is no language setting that allows a Student to play these activities in both English and Spanish.)
However, because My Reading Academy is designed to enhance English language reading proficiency, the program’s learning activities will remain in English. The Spanish setting will incorporate Spanish language instructions into My Reading Academy to assist students in comprehending and successfully completing the activity.
Schools that would like to be able to offer students a Spanish literacy program designed to help accelerate Spanish reading fluency may wish to add licenses for our My Reading Academy Español program.
