We are aware of an issue that was recently reported that's currently affecting a small number of users: these teachers and parents can successfully log in to the Educator Center or Caregiver Center but are unable to log in with the same email and password to access My Math Academy (MMA), My Reading Academy (MRA), or My Reading Academy Español (MRA-E) from the Program Login page at https://login.ageoflearning.com/.
Password resets have not worked to resolve the issue; the new password worked to log in to the Educator Center or Caregiver Center but did not enable program logins for affected users.
Who Is Affected
Some teachers and parents from a small number of school districts
Users who can log in normally to Educator Center or Caregiver Center but encounter an error or are unable to progress past the login screen when attempting to access programs from https://login.ageoflearning.com/
Current Status
Our technical team is actively investigating the cause of this issue and working to restore full login and password reset functionality as quickly as possible. We will update this article as soon as a fix has been deployed.
Temporary Workaround: Log in with QR Codes
If your organization allows QR code access, logging in with a QR code is an effective workaround until this issue is resolved.
For Teachers
Log in to Educator Center.
Navigate to your class roster and select Print QR Codes for yourself and your students.
Distribute the printed QR codes for use in class.
Send each student’s QR code home so families can log in from home devices.
For Parents
Select Scan QR Code on the login page.
Hold your child’s QR code up to the device’s camera to log in directly—no email or password needed. If you do not have a QR code you will need to contact the teacher to send one for you to use at home.
