We are pleased to report that our team has fully resolved the data issue that was affecting Educator Center dashboards and reports. Some organizations had experienced missing or incomplete data across usage and progress dashboards, as well as in downloadable reports.
What’s been fixed:
All data has now been restored.
No data was lost—this was a delay in delivery, not a loss of data.
There is nothing you need to do. We worked to make the recovery seamless for administrators, teachers, and caregivers.
In addition, we’ve implemented improvements to make our systems more resilient and help prevent this issue from reoccurring, including upgrades to our data pipeline monitoring and recovery protocols.
What Happened?
This issue stemmed from a failure in our "data pipeline" — the system responsible for transferring and updating usage and progress data from our learning products into the Educator Center. This caused temporary disruptions in how data was displayed across various dashboards and reports.
As a result, some users may have seen:
0% usage displayed despite student activity
Inflated or inconsistent skill progress percentages (e.g., 90% skills with 0% usage)
Missing data in reports like Learner Activity or Skills by Standard
Progress circles missing or showing as “NaN%”
Was My Data Affected?
No permanent data loss occurred. All usage and progress data remained intact and has now been successfully reprocessed.
The issue affected display and reporting only, not the underlying student progress or usage data.
Do I Need to Take Action?
No action is needed on your end.
