We’re pleased to report that our team has resolved a system outage that had been preventing access to the Educator Center, QR code logins, and student use of My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, and My Reading Academy Español.
What was affected:
For a brief time this morning, users may have experienced:
Inability to log into the Educator Center
QR codes not functioning for student logins
Students unable to launch or use adaptive programs
Reports and dashboards not loading
What’s been fixed:
Full access to the Educator Center has been restored
QR code login and student access are working again
All dashboards and reports are back online
