If you’re a parent or caregiver trying to activate your at-home account or set up or open your Caregiver Center and something doesn’t look right, this guide can help.
You might be:
Clicking an activation link from your email but never reaching the setup form,
Seeing a “Welcome” or blank screen that won’t move forward, or
Logged in but not seeing your child’s information.
All of these pages are part of the Caregiver Center system—but depending on where you are in the setup process, the web address (URL) will look a little different.
This article helps you recognize what kind of page you’re on and how to get things working again.
What Caregiver URLs Should Look Like
When your caregiver dashboard loads correctly, the web address usually ends with the name of one of our adaptive math or reading programs, such as:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/?product=my_math_academy
They may or may not also have an ID number before the product name, such as:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/1234567?product=my_reading_academy
These "Healthy" URLs always:
Contain
/parent/dashboardEnd with
product=followed by the program name (my_math_academyormy_reading_academy)May or may not include numbers after
/dashboard—that’s normal
If your URL looks like one of these, your account should be active and your caregiver dashboard should have loaded successfully.
URLs That Need Attention
If your web address looks different—for example, it contains code=, welcome, or product=undefined—your activation or connection isn’t finished yet.
Use the sections below to find the URL that matches what you see and follow the fix.
URL ends with /parent/password/reset/?code=
Example:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/password/reset/?code=VTCFHVFJDRCY
What you’ll see:
A setup form asking for First Name, Email, Password, and Confirm Password, plus a Submit button.
What it means:
You’ve clicked your activation link but haven’t completed setup yet.
What to do:
Return to your activation email and click the link again.
Fill out the setup form and click Submit.
After submitting, you’ll be taken to your caregiver dashboard.

URL ends with /parent/welcome/{code}
Example:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/welcome/VYLNZMRFHHVF
What you’ll see:
A “Welcome” page that looks similar to the login or setup screen but doesn’t have active form fields. You may see a short “Welcome” message or a partially loaded page.
What it means:
Your activation started but didn’t finish. This can happen if:
The browser tab closed or refreshed right after you clicked Submit
The browser saved an old session and reopened that state
You switched devices or profiles mid-setup
The system paused to confirm an existing caregiver login (the “Sync Login” prompt)
What to do:
Reopen the activation email and click its link again.
If you land on “Welcome” again, open that same link in a private/incognito window to clear saved data.
Complete the short setup form and click Submit to finish.
If you see a “Sync Login” message, choose Yes to reuse your password or No to create a new one.

URL ends with /parent/?product=undefined
Example:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/?product=undefined
What you’ll see:
You may encounter one of the following:
A blank or incomplete page with no child information or dashboard tiles

A login message such as
“Please check your username and password. If you still can’t log in, contact your Age of Learning administrator.”

Or a notice like
“This code has already been redeemed and is connected to an existing family account. Log in to your account to sync any new products assigned to your child.”
What it means:
This URL appears whenever the system can’t fully load or activate your caregiver account.
That may happen if:
The login didn’t complete successfully
Cached browser data prevented the dashboard from loading
or the activation code has already been used and is now linked to an existing caregiver account
What to do:

If the page looks blank or shows a login error, try these steps:
Click Reload / Refresh in your browser.
If that doesn’t help, close and reopen your browser, then sign in again at https://educate.aofl.com/parent.
If it still appears blank or shows the same message, open the link in a private/incognito window or clear your cache and cookies.
If multiple caregivers or students share the same device, confirm you’re using the correct caregiver login.

If you see the “code has already been redeemed” message:
Log in using the same email that received the invitation.
If you can’t remember your password, visit https://educate.aofl.com/password/request to reset it.
If another caregiver already activated the account and you need your own access, ask your child’s teacher to send a new caregiver invitation to your email address.

You can also try requesting a new activation email directly:
Enter your email and click Request Password Reset
If your address is already connected, you’ll get a new link automatically.
If no message arrives within about 15–20 minutes, contact your child’s teacher for a new invitation.

URL ends with /parent/dashboard/{numbers}?product=undefined
Example:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/2633668?product=undefined
What you’ll see:
You can open the caregiver shell, but your child’s dashboard or program information doesn’t appear. Or the page may appear to be loading without making progress.
What it means:
Your caregiver account exists but isn’t connected to your child yet. This can happen if:
Setup completed before the student link finalized
The teacher re-sent an invitation while you were still setting up
Browser cache kept an old token or session
What to do:
Click Reload / Refresh in your browser.
If that doesn’t help, close and reopen your browser, then sign in again at https://educate.aofl.com/parent.
If that doesn’t help, open the link in a private/incognito window or clear your cache and cookies.
If the page is still blank or not showing the data you need, you may need to reactivate your account in one of two ways:
Go to https://educate.aofl.com/password/request to get a password reset email that you can use to reactivate your account
Ask your child’s teacher to send a new caregiver invitation from Educator Center.
After completing setup again, you’ll see a healthy URL ending with product=my_math_academy or product=my_reading_academy.
