Did you see a URL like this while trying to view your dashboard:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/2633668?product=undefined
It's shows /dashboard/ followed by a string of numbers and ends with ?product=undefined.
If you're seeing a page with a URL like that and your child’s information doesn’t appear—or you’re blocked from logging in—this article explains what’s happening and how to fix it.
What the Page May Look Like
This issue can show up in two different ways:

You’re inside the Caregiver Center layout (you see a menu, header, etc.), but:
Your child’s name, progress bar, or dashboard data don’t appear
orThe page appears to load but never finishes
OR

You try to sign in and see an error like:
"Check your username and your password. If you still cannot log in, please contact your Age of Learning admin."
In both cases, the root cause is the same:
Your caregiver account exists, but it isn’t yet connected to your child’s student record.
Why This Happens
Your caregiver account may be incomplete or not yet linked to your child. This can happen when:
Your caregiver invitation was not completed
The teacher re-sent your invitation during setup, and your original link expired
Cached browser data is holding onto an outdated session
You’re signing in with a different email than the one invited
Until your account is properly linked to a student, the system can’t load your dashboard.
How to Fix It
Step 1: Use the Self-Service Check
You can confirm whether your caregiver account is linked to your child by visiting:
https://educate.aofl.com/password/request
Enter your email address and check for a password reset email.
If you receive the email, your account exists and is likely set up correctly. Go to https://educate.aofl.com/parent and try signing in again (don’t use an old bookmarked link).
If you don’t receive the email after 10–15 minutes, your account is not yet connected to your child. In that case, move to Step 2 below.
Step 2: Ask Your Child’s Teacher to Resend the Invite
If your email address isn’t recognized or your dashboard still won’t load:
Ask your child’s teacher to send a new caregiver invitation from the Educator Center.
When the new email arrives, click the link and complete caregiver setup.
Once complete, your dashboard will load and show your child’s information.
Your URL will now end with something like:
?product=my_math_academy
or
?product=my_reading_academy
Once It’s Fixed...
Your caregiver dashboard will show your child’s name and progress, and your URL will look like this:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/1234567?product=my_math_academy
or
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/1234567?product=my_reading_academy
