If a student tries to open My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español and sees a message such as:
Error ID: 557db6ac-1c79-4fef-bb91-d86850b2cee7
Please contact Customer Support
don’t worry—this just means the program couldn’t load that student’s account data.
What this means
The student’s login reached our servers, but the system couldn’t match it to a valid, active learning record.
This can happen when:
The student isn’t included in the ClassLink or Clever sharing rules for the program
The student’s account isn’t covered by the school’s license
The student has a duplicate or missing roster ID
The student was recently moved or deleted from the roster before syncing
A stale session or browser token caused a temporary sign-in error
What to try first
-
Close and relaunch the program
Have the student return to ClassLink or Clever and click the program tile again.
A fresh session often resolves temporary token issues.
-
Try a private/incognito window
Open a new private window and launch again; this clears cached sign-in data.
-
Verify roster details
In Educator Center, confirm the student appears in your class list and is marked Active.
-
Ask your technology lead or ClassLink/Clever admin to confirm:
The program (MMA, MRA, or MRA-E) is shared to that student.
The student’s record is active and has a unique external ID.
The student is covered by the school’s license for that program.
If the error continues
Please contact our support team and include:
The Error ID shown on screen
The student’s name and class
The school and district name
The time and date the error occurred
How the student launched (Clever, ClassLink, or direct login)
This information lets us trace the issue in our logs and fix it quickly.
In short
An “Error ID” page means the program couldn’t load that student’s record—it’s not a device problem or a full system outage.
Most cases are resolved by refreshing the student’s roster or verifying license coverage.
If the message reappears, share the Error ID with Support so we can correct it on our end.
