If you’re logged into the Caregiver Center and don’t see your child’s dashboard — or you notice a web address that looks like:
https://educate.aofl.com/parent/dashboard/2633668?product=undefined
this article will help you fix it.
What’s happening
You’ve successfully created a caregiver account (so your login works), but your account isn’t yet connected to your child’s learning profile. That’s why your dashboard appears blank and you may see that the URL for the Caregiver Center page ends with "product=undefined" instead of a program name, as it should, like this: https://educate.aofl.com/dashboard/?product=my_math_academy.
This can happen if:
You closed the browser before finishing setup
You used a different email address than the one invited
Your teacher re-sent the invitation while you were still logged in
Your browser cached an old session
Try these quick fixes first
Reload the page
Click the browser’s Reload or Refresh button and wait a few seconds.Close and reopen your browser
Then go directly to https://educate.aofl.com/
Log in again using the same email address from your invitation.Try an incognito or private browser window
Open a new private/incognito window and log in again at https://educate.aofl.com/.-
Clear browser cache and cookies
In Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Cached images and cookies
Then reopen https://educate.aofl.com/ and sign in again

Confirm the correct email address
Check your inbox for an account activation email from welcome@learn.ageoflearning.com
Make sure you’re using the same email address the activation email was sent to to sign in to the Caregiver Center
If your child’s dashboard appears after one of these steps, you’re all set!
If you still don’t see your child’s dashboard
If the page still looks blank, or the web address ends with something like?product=undefined, your caregiver account isn’t linked to your child yet.
Please contact your child’s teacher and ask them to send you a new caregiver invitation.
When you receive the new email:
Click the activation link (available in English and Español)
Enter your name, email address, and create a password
Click Submit to finish setup
After submitting, your child’s dashboard will appear automatically.

If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder for welcome@learn.ageoflearning.com.
Extra tip
If you ever notice a web address that includes both the words “dashboard” and “code=” — for example:
educate.aofl.com/dashboard/?code=XXXXXXX
it means you started to sign in but haven’t finished setting up your caregiver account yet.
Go back to your activation email and click the link that begins witheducate.aofl.com/parent/redeem/ to complete the setup form and create your password.
