We are pleased to report that we have resolved this issue that was recently reported by several organizations: some students using iPads were seeing My Math Academy freeze after finishing an activity.

Description: The affected students were all using iPads running iPadOS 18.4.1. Students successfully finished a math activity and were on the score screen, but when they clicked the arrow to get back to the hub where they could select a new activity, their screens were freezing.

Issue status: Fixed. We were able to identify an underlying issue and deploy a fix that has been confirmed to address this iPad freezing issue.
- Recommendation: Since we have deployed a fix for this issue we have not seen any more of these issues. But if any student does experiences My Math Academy freezing after finishing an activity, they can click their browser's Back button to return to the program hub where they can continue playing new activities.
