We have successfully deployed a fix for an issue that was affecting access to the Educator Center for a few hours. A number of organizations had reported problems with logging in and loading content.
- Description: Many users were unable to log in to the Educator Center. Some were successfully logging in but are not seeing dashboards or other pages as expected. Others encountered an "Invalid Token" error during login. This issue was impacting users attempting to log in via username and password, Clever, and ClassLink.
- Issue Status: Confirmed fixed. Our team was able to deploy a patch that has successfully addressed these issue.
