We are happy to report that a My Reading Academy Español (MRA-E) loading issue related to ClassLink has been successfully resolved.

Description: The affected students, who had previously been able to log on to My Reading Academy Español using ClassLink, started to experience a program loading issue. The program loading screen appeared, but the program was getting stuck there and not loading, as shown in the following screenshot.

Issue status: Fixed. Our team reached out to ClassLink Support and continued to work independently until the cause of the issue was identified and a fix was deployed .
- Recommendation: Although this ClassLink loading issue is now resolved, Teachers may want to print Age of Learning QR codes as an alternate log-in solution if there are ever any ClassLink or Clever loading issues in the future.
