We are actively investigating an issue that has recently been reported in two school districts: Several students have been unable to log in to My Reading Academy Español (MRA-E) using ClassLink, as they previously had been doing successfully.

Description: The affected students, who were previously able to log on to My Reading Academy Español using ClassLink, just started to experience a program loading issue. The program loading screen appears, but the program is getting stuck there and is not loading, as shown in the following screenshot.

Issue status: We are actively working on a fix for this, but we do not yet have an estimate of when it will be resolved. Our team is reaching out to ClassLink Support to see if there is an issue with that application that's causing this loading issue for these students.
- Recommendation: Until this ClassLink loading issue is resolved, Teachers or Admins are advised to print Age of Learning QR codes for affected students, who can use them to log in to MRA-E. If you need guidance, see How to Download and Print QR Codes for Your Students.
