Student names and data missing from some Usage Dashboards

Description: Teachers in a few districts have reported that when they load the Usage Dashboard (for all programs), no student names or data are appearing on the view for This Week. Student names and data do appear when changing the view to By Week or By Month.

Usage Dashboards reporting student usage inconsistently

Description: Teachers in two districts have reported inconsistent/erratic data being reported for both My Math Academy and My Reading Academy on the Educator Center's Usage Dashboards. In some instances, students who had not logged on for the day had usage data appear for them on the Dashboard. In other instances, the Usage Dashboard appears to have under-reported usage.

Filters not displaying usage by grade level
