You can encourage your students to continue their learning with Age of Learning programs via free at-home access to our programs. Our Educator Center makes it easy to send invitations to families with access codes that allow them to activate free home accounts. Our email and print invitations will include instructions in both English and Spanish.
Once their at-home accounts are activated, your students can continue their Math and Reading learning activities at home (which counts towards their weekly usage goals), and their parents or caregivers can monitor their child's program usage.
Note: If a school is connected to Age of Learning programs through a third-party rostering system, like Clever or ClassLink, students may access gameplay at home through their third-party platforms or with the email address and password used to redeem their access code.
Caregivers may reach out to their child’s teacher or school admin if they did not get their activation invitation and code.

Common Questions
How do parents redeem the code when they get the email invitation I sent?
It really is a quick and easy process, assuming the account activation invitation is sent to is the right email address for the caregiver/family.
The account activation email will have this subject line: Age of Learning Product Activation. The email clearly says what programs they are invited to use at home, gives them a URL to redeem the code (https://educate.aofl.com/parent/redeem/), and shows the code in big, bold letters. It also says "Activate your account with this link" (in both English and Spanish) underneath the code.
If they click either of the "Activate..." links, the code will automatically be copied into the form on the redemption page, so all they need to do is click Submit, and then enter their name, email address, and choose a password to complete their account activation.
Can I send an account activation email in Spanish?
Both print and email versions of our account activation invitations include instructions in both English and Spanish, so there is not a separate Spanish-only version. And if the parent or caregiver clicks the link in Spanish they will go to a sign-up page in Spanish.
Can I resend an invitation email?
Absolutely! If families have not redeemed their code yet, you can resend the invitation email with the code inclu
Can I send the invitation from my own email address?
Of course! If you prefer using your own email, you can download the PDFs of the invitation as mentioned earlier in step 12, and then attach the PDF to an email to send to your student's caregivers. However, for the most convenient and efficient way to distribute unique invites to all students, we recommend following the steps outlined above, especially if you are going to send invitations to your whole class. Because each invitation and code is unique, you wouldn't be able to email everyone at the same time.
How many times can a family redeem their student code?
Families can only use their code once for each student. If they have already redeemed the code, they will only need the email and password they entered during the redemption/activation process. If they have another student already using our programs, they can add another child to their account from their Caregiver Center.
How do teachers know if families redeemed their student codes?
You can easily check a student's license status in the Educator Center:
-
Log in and click Accounts > Manage > Students.
- It will say Redeemed in the Status column for each student whose family has redeemed their code.
- It will say Invited if they have not yet redeemed the code. Click here for more details.
