Did you see a URL like this when trying to sign in or activate your caregiver account?

This page appears whenever the system recognizes your login or activation attempt but can’t complete loading your caregiver account.
You might see a blank screen, a login message, or a note that the code has already been redeemed.
What You’ll See
Possible screen variations include:
A blank or partially loaded Caregiver Center page (no dashboard data)

A login error message:
“Please check your username and password. If you still can’t log in, contact your Age of Learning administrator.”

A code-already-used notice:
“This code has already been redeemed and is connected to an existing family account. Log in to your account to sync any new products assigned to your child.”
All of these situations share the same URL (/parent/?product=undefined), but the causes and fixes differ slightly.
Why This Happens
Cached browser data or a session timeout prevented the dashboard from loading.
The login credentials were entered incorrectly or an old password was used.
The caregiver’s activation link was already redeemed and is now tied to an existing account.
How to Fix It
If you see a blank page or login error
Click Reload / Refresh in your browser.
If that doesn’t help, close and reopen your browser and sign in again at https://educate.aofl.com/parent.
Try a private/incognito window or clear your cache and cookies, then log in again.
Double-check your email and password (case-sensitive).
If you see the “code has already been redeemed” message
Go directly to https://educate.aofl.com/parent.
Log in with the same email that received the caregiver invitation.
If you forgot your password, use https://educate.aofl.com/password/request to reset it.
If another caregiver already completed activation for this student, ask your child’s teacher to send a new caregiver invitation for your email.

You can also try requesting a new activation email yourself:
Enter your email and click Request Password Reset.
If your email is already linked to the account, you’ll receive a new activation email automatically.
If you don’t receive one after about 15 minutes, your address isn’t yet connected—ask the teacher to resend the invitation.
If It Still Doesn’t Work
Try another browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge).
Check your internet connection.
