To provision accounts for My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español, your district needs to set up a Clever connection and share the correct data with Age of Learning.
Step 1: Send a Connection Request
Visit:
How to Send a Connection Request in Clever
Step 2: Share the Right Data with the Correct Application
Once connected, you must share data with the application named “AofL Educator Center.” This is the system that powers all three products — My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, and My Reading Academy Español.
If “AofL Educator Center” is not shared, no user or class data will sync, and accounts will not be provisioned.
Use Clever’s sharing rules to share the following data types with AofL Educator Center:
👤 Student

First Name
Last Name

Tip
Make sure all data is tied to active students and current-year classes in your SIS before syncing. If in doubt, consult your Clever dashboard or reach out to your AofL Customer Success Manager.
Step 3: Confirm App Access for Users
Push the correct app tile(s) to students and teachers in Clever.
Make sure users access the product via the Clever portal, not through a bookmarked link or typed URL.
Ongoing Sync Behavior
Clever data syncs nightly.
Changes in your SIS (like class reassignments or student transfers) will automatically appear in our system after each sync.
