How to Assign a Teacher to a Class or an Additional Class

1. Log in to the Educator Center.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Accounts at the top of your screen and then Manage from the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Teachers.
   
   
   
   
4. On the Active Teachers page, click on the Teacher name that you want to reassign.
   
   
   
   
5. If there is a Class listed for the Teacher that is no longer valid, click the X next to the Class name to remove it.
   
   
   
   
6. If you want to assign the Teacher to an additional Class, click the Add New Classes drop-down menu on the right side of the screen and choose a Class from the list. If you are assi
   
   
   
   
7. Now you should see both Classes listed for the Teacher.
   
   

Co-Teachers: While the Educator Center does not have a defined co-teacher role designation, you can assign two or more Teachers to a Class using the same steps as you would to add one Teacher per Class.
