We are actively investigating an issue that has recently been reported in two school districts: some students have been unable to log in to My Math Academy (MMA) via ClassLink.
- Description: Affected students were licensed to MMA and assigned an SSO ID to use with ClassLink, but it appears that their IDs were somehow changed within the Educator Center, which causes the students to be reassigned a new SSO ID that overwrites the original SSO ID. The result is that these students cannot log in; instead they see the ClassLink error, “Oops! Something went wrong.”
- Issue status: We are actively working on a fix for this, but we do not yet have an estimate of when it will be resolved. We will update this page as soon as there is a fix or workaround to help any affected students and teachers.
