We are happy to report that our team has resolved an issue with certificates not printing clearly, a concern that was brought to our attention by several My Reading Academy users.

Description: When a Teacher or Administrator selects Print Preview and tries to print Student Certificates for My Reading Academy, some words on the certificate were blurred.

For printing issue like this one, you can always use our previously posted workaround: Using the Chrome or Firefox web browser, click the Download icon in the browser toolbar, and save the PDF file to your Desktop or Downloads folder. Once it has been saved, click to open the PDF from your Desktop or Downloads folder, and print as you would any other document.
