Remember to Keep Your Devices Up-to-Date: To ensure that your Age of Learning programs continue to run correctly, it is important to install all current manufacturer recommended updates for your device. These updates regularly contain security and performance updates that may impact the usability of the device and performance of the product.
Additional Information for Devices and Platforms
- Headsets: Strongly recommended for classroom use
- WebGL and JavaScript: must be enabled
- Internet: Consistent high-speed connection required
- Bandwidth: Minimum Download speed of 50 Mb/sec and Upload speed of 5 Mb/sec per concurrent user recommended. Note: Bandwidth need is typically higher during/immediately following student log in and decreases after a few minutes of use. Please run your speed test at a time where students are actively working on their computers and devices to get a realistic snapshot of your network speed and capacity.
