How can I log into your Caregiver Center and programs at home?

Our Caregiver Center makes it easy for parents and caregivers to monitor their progress with our programs. 

Please note that before you can log in from home, you need to make sure you redeem the invitational code from your student’s educators (sent as an email, text, or printout given to your child at school) to set up your account. 

You will also need a compatible device, access to the internet, and your username (your email address) and password (which you’ll choose when redeeming your code). You can do a quick System Compatibility Check here.

Depending on the school’s license, you may have access to one, two, or three of our programs: My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español. If you have already redeemed your code, and it is not linking to your child’s information, reach out to our Customer Care team for help.

Monitoring Progress in the Caregiver Center

1. Go to the Caregiver Center login page at educate.aofl.com. The Dashboards there offer both usage data and progress data that includes your child's work both in school and at home.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your email address as your username.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your password.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click the blue Log in button. 
   
   
   
   
5. You should now be on the Caregiver Center Dashboard page for your child.
   • At the top of the page, if you see more than one program listed (labeled 1 in the screenshot below), click on the program you want to see data for.
   • The next Engagement section (labeled 2 below) shows the amount of time your child used My Math Academy or My Reading Academy during the current week and if they are not on track, on track, or have already met their goal.
   • The next Skills In Progress area (labeled 3 below) shows the the current skills your child is working on, along with added resources to support your student at home. You can also view the current activity that is teaching this skill to your child.
     
     
6. The final Overall Progress section of the Caregiver Dashboard shows the breakdown of your child’s accomplishments by Previously Learned, Completed, In Progress and Future Skills, in addition to the grade level for those skills.
   

Launching Programs from the Age of Learning Login Page

The Age of Learning Login page is where your child should go to log in to all of our programs: My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español. There is not a separate log-in for each. Once your child logs in here, they can click on any program they want to use.

1. Open a browser and go to https://login.ageoflearning.com/. Enter the email address and password you used when you redeemed your child’s invitation code (you will also use these credentials to log in to the Caregiver Center). Click the blue Log In button. 
   
   
   
   
2. Click on your child’s name.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Your child should have already chosen a picture passcode at school. You’ll need to select that icon (an apple in the following screenshot) and then click the green checkmark to log in. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the program your child wants to use: My Math Academy or My Reading Academy.
   
   
   
   Have a QR Code? If your child has a QR code from school, they can use that to log in from home if you have a device with a camera. Learn how to log in with a QR code.

Launching Programs from the Caregiver Center

The simplest and most direct way to log in to our programs is from our Age of Learning Login page at https://login.ageoflearning.com/ (steps shown above). But if you are ever on the Caregiver Center and don't remember the URL for the Log-in page, you can also link from there to the Log-in page

1. Go to the Caregiver Center login page at educate.aofl.com, enter your email address and password, and click the blue Log in button.
   
   
   
   
2. After logging in, click Product Launch at the top of your screen.
   
   
   
   
3. The Product Launch page shows you which products are available for your child. You may see one, two, or three programs here. Click the Launch the web button to open the login page for the program you want to use.
   
   
   
   
4. The Age of Learning Login page (https://login.ageoflearning.com/) should open in a new tab on your browser. Enter the same email address and password you just used to log into the Educator Center and click the Log In button. (If for some reason you are not directed to this Log-in page, enter https://login.ageoflearning.com/ into your web browser to go there.)
   
   
   
   
5. Click on your child’s name.

7. Click on the program your child wants to use: My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or My Reading Academy Español. (Note: You may see only one or two of these options, depending on what your child’s school has licensed.)
