As an Administrator, you may want to share Administrator-level access with others in your organization. Please see the following sections for additional information.

Create a New Administrator and Assign New Roles
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Welcome, (your name) in the top-right corner.
- Use the drop-down menu to click Manage Administrators.
- Click the +Create Administrator link above the blue Bulk Actions button.
- In the Create Administrator pop-up, enter the new Administrator’s information.
- Click on +Add New Role.
- Select the School that the Administrator will manage.
- Use the toggle switches to turn on the Administrator permissions you’d like to enable. By default, all permissions are disabled. (See this chart below if you’re unsure what to enable.)
- If the new Administrator needs access to additional levels, such as more than one school, repeat steps 6 and 7. (This is optional.)
- Click the Save button.
Understanding different roles and permissions
An important part of creating an Admin account is deciding which actions you want the new Administrators to be able to perform by enabling or disabling the following permissions.
The following chart explains each of the options available for to you set for any Admin you manage.

Administrator Accounts |
Allows an Administrator to create and manage additional Administrators at lower levels. |
Manual Roster |
This allows an Administrator or Teacher to add, create, and edit Student and Teacher records directly through the Administrator Portal. This feature is disabled if your organization's roster is connected through a third party. |
Upload Roster |
This allows the Administrator or Teacher to manage rosters through CSV upload. This feature is disabled if your organization's roster is connected through a third party. |
Licenses |
This allows the Administrator or Teacher to assign licenses to Students and distribute licenses to Teachers or Administrators below them. |
Reports |
They can view the Dashboard tab. |
Resources |
They can view the Resources tab. |
Sponsor |
The Administrator only has access to the Dashboard tab but all personally identifiable information (PII) such as student name is hidden. |
