How do I see the licenses that have been distributed to lower levels of their organization?

As an administrator, you can view and manage your organization’s distributed licenses on the Licenses page.

License Management

1. Log in to your Educator Center account.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click Accounts located at the top of your screen.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click Licenses. 
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Management. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. In the Product column, select one of the Age of Learning programs. 
   
   
   
   
   
6. Depending on which product you selected in Step 5, you will see the title page along the lines of License Management: My Math Academy or License Management: My Reading Academy. 
   • At the top of the License Management page, you will see a high-level summary of the number of licenses distributed to lower levels of your organization.
   • At the bottom of the page is the Inventory Drilldown section. Here you can see the distribution by specific group level, like a school, and view their total distributed licenses.
