The Roster Archives in the Age of Learning Educator Center will automatically show you a history of your past roster uploads. You can view their status to see which uploads were cancelled, failed, or uploaded successfully. You can also download the CSV file from your most recent upload.
Roster Archives
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen, then select Roster from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Roster Archives section. You’ll see a dated list of all your roster uploads, starting with the most recent. You can click on the status for any upload in the list for more details.
- If you click on any of the Failed uploads (red in the screenshot), you’ll see a Show Errors link. Click that if you’d like to open a pop-up window with details about why the upload failed.
- If you click on any of the uploads listed as Done (green in the screenshot), you’ll see a list of all the roster changes that were made with the upload. You’ll have the option to Download that roster information or Assign Licenses Now.
