My student forgot their "Secret Picture" password, what do I do?

A secret picture passcode is used by students as a visual password for logging into their My Math Academy or My Reading Academy account. Follow these steps to see one or more students' passcodes.

Steps for Individual Students' Passcodes:

1. Sign in to the Teacher Portal and select the Students tab.
2. Search for the student who needs their picture passcode reset and open their profile. 
3. Scroll down to the Products section and find My Math Academy/My Reading Academy to view their current picture passcode.

Steps for Multiple Students' Passcodes:

1. Sign in to the Teacher Portal and select the Students tab.
2. Select one or more students from the list.
3. Click Bulk Actions and Export Search Results.
   • This will create a spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) with each child's passcode.
