Students can continue their learning with Age of Learning products at home. Using the Educator Center, you can send invitations to one or more families. Families may need assistance to redeem a student code.
Note: If a school is connected to the Age of Learning through a third-party rostering system, like Clever or Classlink, students will already have access to their accounts from home. You will not need to send Student invitations. However, if students are accessing the products through the third-party system, parents/caregivers will not have access to the Family Portal.
Sending Multiple Invitations for Home Access
- From the Students tab, check the box for each student you’d like to invite.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- Send Student Invitations.
- Select if you’d like to Print invitations or send them electronically.
- If you send them electronically, you can choose to Send Now (send an invitation immediately) or Send Later (choose a date and time to send).
Sending Individual Invitations for Home Access
- From the Students tab, click on the student you’d like to invite.
- This will open the Student Info view.
- Scroll down to view their My Math Academy, My Reading Academy, or ABCmouse license under Products.
- Select Preview & Send Student Invitation.
- Select if you’d like to Print invitations or send them electronically.
- If you send electronically, you can choose to Send Now (send an invitation immediately) or Send Later (choose a date and time to send).
