Removing and deleting a student are two different actions in the Age of Learning Management System.
- Removing a student removes them from a class but keeps them in the Age of Learning Management System.
- Deleting a student removes them from the Age of Learning Management System entirely.
Removing a Student
In some instances, you may need to remove a student from your class but you don’t want to remove them entirely from the Age of Learning Management System. Removing the student from your class will allow the student to keep their usage data. This is useful if the student moved to another class but hasn’t left your school.

Deleting a Student
In some instances, you may need to delete a student entirely from the Age of Learning Management System. This may be the case if the student has left your school.
Deleting the student will permanently remove their student info and usage data.
