Administrators are responsible for sending invitations to teachers, enabling them to activate their accounts via the Educator Center. This activation is required for teachers to access and utilize any of the Age of Learning products effectively. Follow the steps outlined below to effect changes seamlessly. Additionally, within this guide, you'll discover three distinct methods to invite teachers.
Invite via the School section
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- In the drop-down menu, click Manage.
- Click Schools.
- Use the checkbox feature to click the entire list.
- Click the Select All option.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- Click Send Teacher Invites.
- You will receive a green 'Teacher invites have been queued.' message.
- A red notification will appear, click the Welcome, (your name) at the top left-hand side.
- Click Downloads and Jobs.
- Review the recent Teacher Invitations(100%). This area lets you know how many invites are sent and how many are already active, no invites are needed.
Invite via the Teachers section
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Manage.
- Click Teachers.
- Use the checkbox feature to click the entire list.
- Click the Select All option.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- Click Send Teacher Invites.
Invite via the Classes section
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click Accounts at the top of your screen.
- Click Manage.
- Click Classes.
- Use the checkbox next to each class.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- Click Send Teacher Invites.
- On the Invite Summary pop-up, click your invite method.
- If you click print, you will green pop-up to download the PDF files.
- If you click send now, you will get a confirmation message once the email is sent.
- If you click send later, you get a calendar pop-up. Please choose the date.
- Depending on your selection, your last step will be to save by clicking Done, Send or Print.
Teachers or students will receive an email with a link to create their Educator Center account. This link is unique to the teacher and should only be used by the intended recipient.
Once the teacher or student opens the link, they will need to choose a secure password for their account.
