Age of Learning products are used by educators worldwide. In many cases, educators have an existing Age of Learning account for one or more products already associated with their organization-provided email address.
If they receive an invitation from their school/organization to set up a new Enterprise account for an Age of Learning Product in the Age of Learning Management System, like ABCmouse, they will need to decide what they want to do with their existing account.
Below are the options presented in the product to the account holder when logging in. They must choose from these options before they can activate their Enterprise product license.
Option 1: Change the email address for the existing account
If they want to keep using their existing account in addition to their new Enterprise account, they can simply change the email they use to log into it. Once a new username/email address and password are created, they will use those credentials to access their existing account.
Option 2: Delete the existing account
They may choose to delete their existing account if they no longer need it. This lets them use their organization-provided email address to create their new Enterprise Teacher account.
