How do I distribute licenses to administrators or teachers in the Administrator Portal?

In some cases, you might want teachers or other administrators to assign licenses to students. This is common when teachers or other administrators are also rostering students. In this case, you will first need to distribute licenses to the teacher or administrator so they can assign them to students. 

Steps to distribute licenses to teachers or administrators:

1. Click on the Licenses tab in the sidebar menu. 
2. Select the product license to distribute to another teacher or administrator. 
3. Click the Give to Lower Levels button. 
4. Use the filters to select the level of your organization to which you’d like to distribute licenses. 
5. Enter the number of licenses you would like to distribute from the total available.
6. Select Done. 

At this point, an administrator or teacher with permissions at that level can assign licenses to students.
