How do I assign licenses to students in the Administrator Portal?

Licensing means giving access to an Age of Learning product, like My Math Academy or ABCmouse. You will have a set number of licenses you can give to your students and each license is unique. You must assign licenses to your students for them to access the products.

To assign licenses to multiple or individual students, please see the steps below:

1. Click on the Students tab in the sidebar menu.
2. Check the box next to the name of each student you’d like to license.
3. Click Bulk Action.
4. Select Assign Licenses.
5. Select the product license that is available to your organization.
6. Click Assign Licenses.

If you do not see licenses to distribute, it is likely they have not yet been assigned to you. Either contact your organization’s Age of Learning administrator or contact Age of Learning Support for assistance with product licenses.
