Licenses are procured by the administrator and can be distributed to other administrators to assign or assigned to students by the administrator.
When an administrator assigns a license to a student, it grants the student complete access to the Age of Learning program associated with the license, such as My Math Academy or My Reading Academy.
Note: Teachers cannot give licenses to students and should go to their administrator if they have students without licenses.
Assign Licenses
- Log in to your Educator Center account.
- Click on Accounts located at the top of your screen.
- Use the drop-down menu to select Manage.
- Click Students.
- Click the checkbox next to the name of each student you’d like to license.
- Click the Bulk Action drop-down menu.
- Click Assign Licenses.
- Choose the product license that is available to your organization.
- Click Assign Licenses.
If you do not see licenses to assign, it is likely they have not yet been distributed to you. We recommend you contact your organization’s Age of Learning administrator for additional assistance.
