When adding a student to a roster, the only required information is the student’s first name. However, we highly recommend providing as much detail as possible, as this information can have an impact on the student experience in their Age of Learning products.

Recommended Student Information
- Email - This is used to send invitations to parents/caregivers for at home access.
- Language – For some apps, this will determine the language used in the game. This will also determine the language of the invitations sent to parents/caregivers for at home access.
- Phone - This will be used to send invitations to parents/caregivers for at home access.
- Birth month and year - This is used to place the student in the appropriate pretest level in adaptive apps like My Math Academy.
